Most gear is produced and fulfilled within 2–5 business days, then shipped with standard tracked shipping (2–8 business days). Total time from order to doorstep is usually 4–13 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free standard tracked shipping on all orders $80 AUD and over. Orders under $80 AUD have a flat shipping rate of $15 AUD.
Can I track my order?
Yes — once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your loot’s journey straight to your realm.
What happens if my package is lost?
If your package is lost in transit, contact us via our Contact Page and we’ll work with the carrier to help resolve it.
Do you accept returns?
Yes — if your gear arrives faulty, we’ll make it right. For change-of-mind returns, items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order and meet our condition requirements (unworn, unwashed, tags intact). Return shipping is covered by you, the adventurer.

What if my item is faulty?
If your item is defective or arrives damaged, contact us via our Contact Page within 30 days of receiving it and include photos. We’ll replace it or issue a refund at no cost to you.
