How long until I receive my order?
Most gear is produced and fulfilled within 2–5 business days, then shipped with standard tracked shipping (2–8 business days). Total time from order to doorstep is usually 4–13 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free standard tracked shipping on all orders $120 AUD and over. Orders under $120 AUD have a flat shipping rate of $12 AUD.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, we have opened up for orders to the United States. At the moment merch will ship from Australia, but we hope to be able to provide a local option soon.
Can I track my order?
Yes — once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your loot’s journey straight to your realm.
What happens if my package is lost?
If your package is lost in transit, contact us via our Contact Page and we’ll work with the carrier to help resolve it.
Do you accept returns?
All items are printed to order, so we can’t accept returns for incorrect size selection. If you’re unhappy with your order for any other reason, contact us and we’ll work with you to find a solution.

What if my item is faulty?
If your item is defective or arrives damaged, contact us via our Contact Page within 30 days of receiving it and include photos. We’ll replace it or issue a refund at no cost to you.
My item looks a little different to what’s on the site — is that normal?
We aim for accurate product photos, but slight colour or design variation can happen due to screen differences or production nuances. We don’t accept responsibility for variations that are not manufacturing faults.
