30-Day Returns
If you’re not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. Returns for incorrect size selection are not accepted, so please check the size guide carefully.
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Start a Return
To begin a return, log in to your account and click “Start a return” under your order.
Follow the steps and send the item to our return address:

Item Condition
Returned items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- With all original tags attached
- Free from marks, scents, or pet hair
Used, damaged, or altered items cannot be refunded.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us through our Contact Page as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue quickly. We’ll cover reasonable return postage costs where applicable.
Made-to-Order Items
All items are printed to order. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, so please check the size guide carefully before ordering.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy overrides your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
