Start a Return
To start a return, log in to your account and click “Start a return” under your order. Follow the prompts and send the item to our return address:

30-Day Returns
If your gear isn’t quite what you expected, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Item Condition
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- With all original tags attached
- Free from marks, scents, or pet hair
Items that are worn, washed, damaged, or altered cannot be refunded.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or isn’t what you ordered, contact us via our Contact Page within 7 days of delivery. We’ll cover reasonable return postage costs and send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

All items are made to order. We do not offer returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, so please check the size guide carefully before ordering.

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If your item is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund — regardless of the change-of-mind policy above.
